John B. Gariglietti

John Bentley Gariglietti practices in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation and is a member of the Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and Litigation & Dispute Resolution groups. He represents clients in other areas of complex litigation including medical malpractice and discrimination disputes. Mr. Gariglietti is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri and has appellate experience.
As a bilingual speaker of the Spanish and English languages, Mr. Gariglietti has a diverse clientele. He is well known for his relentless advocacy for workers’ rights through pro-bono work for the Kansas City Workers’ Justice Center, where he serves as a board member. Due to his dedicated service to the community, Mr. Gariglietti has been recognized many times as a special volunteer by organizations in Kansas City and Wichita, Kansas. He speaks publicly about workers’ rights and safety.
Additionally, Mr. Gariglietti was chosen to receive the prestigious "Top 10 Under 40 Attorney Award" for the state of Kansas by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
